Hello.
Here’s a brief outline of what I am about and what I do. If you have questions or a query, please do get in contact.
What I do
I am a counsellor who provides therapy on a long term or short term basis, dependent on what is needed. I aim to create a comfortable and empathetic environment in which to talk and explore thoughts and feelings confidentially.

What type of things do clients bring to therapy?
Anxiety and worry
Low mood and depression
Stress and panic
Relationships and attachment
Bereavement
Low self esteem and lack of confidence
Life transitions
Identity and belonging
Abuse
Addiction
This list isn’t exhaustive – it’s just an overview of some key areas. Please get in contact for more information.
What type of therapy do I provide?
I am a registered and insured Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. This means I am able to integrate different therapeutic methods into my work, which are mainly:
Attachment theory
Person Centred Approach
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Everyone has a unique reason for attending therapy so being able to adapt how I work is essential. Being integrative allows me to do this.
Where do I work?
I am based in private therapy rooms, just outside the town centre in the midlands town of Burton upon Trent. Free parking is available and there is excellent access via public transport.
I can also provide therapy in schools and client’s homes.
Who do I work with
I work with young people from 11 years old upwards, teenagers and adults. I am DBS checked and I hold enhanced DBS status.
Sessions are 1-1 and last for 50 minutes.
What next?
If you feel ready to talk, or have some questions about therapy, please get in contact and we can organise a free initial consultation.
